Use the official release: Minecraft Java 1.20.1 + Fabric.
OPEN HOMESTEAD 1.3.7 ↗Install the 7 Required Files
Use the exact FTB/Quests versions listed below. Put them in your client instance's mods folder.
VIEW FILES ↓Connect
Launch Homestead → Multiplayer → Add Server.
sergeantg-server.playit.plusIMPORTANT: Do not update individual mods. Your client must match the server's versions.
